   * fixed Map and PMap with oType=void (pmap with oType=void would not
     work because of some bad declarations).
 .
   * erwin-cgen: allow cast_*() functions to be dynamic
 .
   * fixed operator== etc. to have 'const' qualifier.  Map and Vector
     data structures templates were affected. This bug could lead to very
     strange behaviour when you expected the special == to be used, but
     instead the compiler used the default byte-wise == for the struct.
     Very ugly bug indeed.
